Education and Background

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications from Washington and Jefferson College, where I developed a deep curiosity about human behavior and the “how” and “why” behind the challenges people face. I later completed my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Duquesne University, focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also a proud member of the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society, which connects me to a global community of professional counselors committed to excellence in our field.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults, and have gained extensive experience addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. I’m trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, and I use the techniques that are best suited to your needs to ensure the most effective treatment.
